CNN Documentary on Justice in Cambodia

In "Killing Fields: Long Road to Justice," CNN reporter Dan Rivers examines Cambodia's attempt to confront its past with a U.N.-backed tribunal.

An article and videos are on the CNN website.

The Cambodia Tribunal (Official Name: Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia for the Prosecution of Crimes Committed During the Period of Democratic Kampuchea) is a hybrid tribunal, composed of local and international judges. It was created to try senior members of the Khmer Rouge for crimes against humanity.
